Island Cottage

1400 s.f. shingled cottage, constructed on a beautiful island lot with 180+ degree views. 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft were carefully designed to create an intimate summer cottage atmosphere. Situated high above the water's edge, this island site demanded creative solutions for many aspects of the project.
A small photovoltaic solar system powers the basic needs for electricity and water.
